TRIPS AND RATES

All bait and tackle is included. Water and snacks will be provided. Tips are greatly appreciated but not included in the rates listed below.

 Dawn Charter

  • Rates: $200 (1-2 anglers), $240 (3 anglers)

  • Duration: 4 hours

  • When: May-October

Dawn charters leave the dock just before sunrise. On these trips you’ll be targeting striped bass by casting topwater plugs, soft plastics, and other artificial lures. This is light tackle fishing at its finest, and catching well over a dozen stripers is not uncommon. Most fish caught are schoolie-sized with the occasional “slot” in the mix (28-35in). Depending on the season you can also expect to encounter bluefish, weakfish, atlantic bonito and false albacore.

 Sunset Striped Bass

  • Rates: $200 (1-2 anglers), $240 (3 anglers)

  • Duration: 4 hours

  • When: June-September

Sunset striped bass trips leave the dock just before sunset. On these trips you’ll be targeting larger striped bass using live and cut bunker, and will be fishing from sunset into the night. Casting artificial lures is also an option. Bluefish and dogfish (sand sharks) are commonly caught as well.

 Bottom Fishing

  • Rates: $200 (1-2 anglers), $240 (3 anglers)

  • Duration: 4 hours

  • When: May-November

Ideal for both beginners and experienced anglers alike, as well as those looking to catch dinner. Departure and return times are more flexible for bottom fishing trips. During the warmer months we’ll target black sea bass, summer flounder (fluke), and porgy (scup). October and November is prime blackfish (tautog) season. All are excellent table fare and a blast to catch.

 Full Day Trip

  • Rates: $300 (1-2 anglers), $360 (3 anglers)

  • Duration: 6 hours

  • When: May-November

Whether you’re looking to target a variety of species or just want to maximize your time on the water, this is the trip for you. We can leave the dock around sunrise to chase striped bass and bluefish and then transition to bottom fishing as the day progresses. Or, we can spend the entire day targeting a species of your choice. The longer time window also allows us to fish the fertile north shore of Long Island, weather permitting.
